An important step is the digitalization of the process of recruiting, conducting and documenting of our employees trainings. All new or changed documents automatically generate training assignments. The effectiveness of the trainings conducted is traced through tests and electronic evaluation of the trainers, and the system automatically reminds the trainees to re-train on a document if necessary. All these improvements will make us more efficient as a team and more productive as a company.
