CENTILLION’s facilities provide unique manufacturing, Assembly and packaging capabilities in a controlled environment in accordance with ISO 14644 Class 6. Being an OEM partner, we provide services to various manufacturers of medical devices, video surveillance systems, aerospace projects, as well as to developers of innovative products who are looking for high quality cleanroom Assembly services.

In recent years, there has been an increased demand for OEM suppliers that offer multiple services under one umbrella, including precision SMD Assembly, laser cutting and engraving, final Assembly, testing and Assembly in a controlled environment, etc. CENTILION’s production capabilities include automatic electronic Assembly, final Assembly, X-ray analyses, Pull & Shear destructive testing, temperature testing, temperature cycling testing, electrical and functional testing and, last but not least, an extensive range of precision Assembly services performed in a clean environment, Ultrasonic Cleaning and packaging. The operations are handled by a team with long-standing experience in working in controlled environment production facilities both for serial production and for non-standard one-off and experimental production.

Apart from the manufacturing, Assembly and packaging services performed in our certified cleanrooms, we also offer engineering consulting services for various projects related to manufacturing in cleanroom environments, tooling, programming and product testing.

Cleanroom Assembly is carried out in strict compliance with procedures that are part of CENTILLION’s Quality Management System. The procedures specify the operators’ training, the clothing requirements, the entry into and movement within the rooms with a controlled environment, the air parameters inside the cleanrooms, the storage of records, general operating protocol and practices applicable in CENTILLION’s controlled environment areas.

CENTILLION’s cleanrooms cover an area of over 800 square metres and are Class 6 and Class 7 compliant. As an OEM manufacturer, the Company can use its flexible cleanrooms to simultaneously work on a variety of projects requiring a clean environment, in full confidentiality, with an individually allocated private work space for each project.
