We are seeking a skilled TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to drive recruitment strategies that align with our company’s goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies;
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, networking events, and employee referrals;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires;
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit;
- Build solid connections and trust with external recruitment partners to ensure effective collaboration;
- Proactively participate in other HR Department initiatives and processes to support positive change in the company.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role;
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices;
- A very good command of English language (written and oral);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent computer literacy.
