PRODUCT ENGINEER

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Define the required manufacturing processes and resources, including materials, consumables, equipment, personnel, and other production requirements.
• Design and manage specialized production tools and fixtures.
• Oversee the manufacturing and implementation of designed tools and devices.
• Define production routings and standard production times.
• Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation.
• Plan the production of pilot (“0” series) runs and product prototypes.
• Perform process qualification activities.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• University degree in Electronics, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of specific processes used in electronics manufacturing.
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of the properties and applications of materials used in electronics manufacturing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

• Previous experience with industrial standards;
• Project Management experience;
• German as an additional language.
